We believe handcrafted products have an inherent individuality with unique differences revealing how they have been made, setting them apart from mass-produced items.

Please bear in mind that buying goods over the internet provides a different shopping experience from buying in-store. In particular you should be aware that:

• Colours and shades of products (for example our Lacquer Trays) shown on the website will depend on many variables, including your monitor display settings, computer type or the light quality in your immediate environment
• The sizes and shapes of our products may differ in real life to how they appear on your screen. We always provide accurate dimensions and measurements, but it is your responsibility to check the product is suitable for your purpose. Also, our products are individually handcrafted. They have unique differences revealing how they have been made, setting them apart from mass-produced items. Please contact us if you are unsure about the size, shape or finish of any product 
• Pictures and images on nomliving.com are for illustrative purposes only, for an accurate description please refer to the accompanying descriptive text. 

Ordering
Upon receipt of your order, we will send a confirmation email detailing order and payment. A further email will follow confirming dispatch, estimated delivery date, and if Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery, a tracking number. We reserve the right to refuse a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from the Website whether or not that product has been sold.

Payment
Orders though our Website are processed by Paypal Express Checkout. Customers do not require a Paypal account as Paypal accept all major credit and debit cards. Paypal has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). Paypal adheres to the most stringent levels of security, ensuring that your details remain secure throughout the transaction process.

Delivery and Postage
Unless otherwise specified, Nom Living will ship all merchandise within 2-3 business days of cleared payment, Monday-Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Delivery dates are estimates only. Each order is carefully selected, checked and prepared for shipping. We take great care to pack our products for postage, using extra packing materials for fragile items such as ceramics - we have over 20 years experience in postage and shipping of fragile products. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions regarding returns and exchanges below. Shipping quotes are generated automatically when you enter your delivery address.

• UK Mainland: We use Royal Mail 1st Class Standard, Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or UK Mail, depending on product(s) ordered and the customer's preference.
• International Delivery: We use Royal Mail Airmail (Small Packets), UK Mail or International Signed For, depending on the item. We accept orders worldwide, however you are solely responsible to check your countries specific restrictions regarding import of products (including their materials) we supply. You are also solely responsible for any duty and/or taxes to be paid on the value of the products purchased from nomliving.com.

Once goods are sent out, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail and other domestic or international postage carriers.

Prices and stock availability
We reserve the right to change any product prices, product specifications and availability at any time. We aim to ensure stock information on nomliving.com is as accurate as possible, but cannot guarantee that stock is available. If the product you have ordered is not available, we will contact you by email/phone as appropriate and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available or cancel your order.

If you are planning to order a particular product in large quantities, please contact us first. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include delivery charges which will be calculated when you enter your address details.

Returns and Exchanges 
We hope you will be delighted by your order, however, if you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to provide a full refund if the item is returned to us within 28 days from date of purchase, and in its original packaging and in a fully resalable condition.

Any item not in its original condition or worn beyond simply opening the packaging will not be refunded. Return postage is at your expense.

You must include your customer order details with the package; we cannot offer a refund without the full order details (Name, Address and Order Reference Number). If you can’t find your Order Reference Number, please contact us before posting any returned items. Please also obtain proof of postage.
Refunds can only be made to the card used for purchase and will only be processed once the item has been received by us.

If we find that the product has been returned to us in anything less than a fully resalable condition due to usage or lack of packaging during the return transit, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 30% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

When you buy online or by phone in the UK or EU, you have additional rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.

Damaged and Faulty goods
We advise you to check your purchase as soon as you receive it. Please notify us via email: info@nomliving.com or phone: +44 (0) 203 222 0679 or in writing at the address below.

We will exchange any item in the unlikely event that it is faulty and a full refund will be given. Customers outside of the EU will be refunded the cost of damaged and faulty items (including shipping) but we do not offer exchanges.

For international orders if you find your items were damaged in transit, we will offer a full refund on the original order (including postage), but we will not send a replacement due to the costs involved in international shipping. Please notify us immedietly and include a photograph of the damaged goods and packaging.

Offers and Discounts
When we offer our products at a discounted price, the following terms and conditions apply:

• Unless we state otherwise, offers/discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
• Clearance items, promotional items, gift certificates or delivery charges are not included in our special offers
• No cash alternative is available and offers are non-transferable
• Discount or offer prices will be shown at product listing page or at checkout stage online at nomliving.com
• Nom Living retains the right to withdraw offers or discounts at any time and for any reason.

Privacy
NOM is committed to protecting your privacy when you visit or shop at our website (nomliving.com - the 'Website'). We do not collect personal information, such as names, postal addresses or email addresses, unless you approve it. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer financial details with any 3rd parties.
By using the Website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of NOM's privacy policy.

We will only call you if there is a query with your order, never for marketing or sales purposes. As a customer of NOM Living, we will use your email address to alert of your new products, special offers and other news we wish to share. In this case, or if you sign up for the NOM Living mailing list, you will have the option of unsubscribing at any time.

Security
We take precautions, including the use of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to protect the security of contact information that you share with us. It is your responsibility to ensure that your login details and password are secure and remain confidential at all times. 
 In addition to this level of security, your credit card number is never stored on our database - it is securely transmitted to our payment gateway provider (Paypal) and then discarded.


Please let us know as soon as possible, should you know or reasonably suspect that the security of your account with nomliving.com is at risk.

Changes to these terms and Conditions
Nom reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time with out prior notice. We encourage our customers to review this page whenever you purchase from our Website.

Indemnification
You agree to withhold NOM Living, NOM Express eBay, and it's officers, directors, employees and suppliers, from any claim, demand, action or damage, including reasonable solicitors fees, made or incurred by any third party arising out of or related to your use of this Website.

Resellers

Individual retailers are free to purchase our products for resale in their own outlets, please contact us to discuss details. However, we do not allow other business to sell our products on the website www.notonthehighstreet.com or other websites with a similar business model such as www.giftwrappedandgorgeous.co.uk. This is due to our contract with notonthehighstreet.com. Unless agreed, we do not allow other retailers or companies to brand our products with their own trademarks or logos.
