Jaime Tung, a freelance food and travel journalist grew up in Small Town in Washington State. From an early age she had an affinity for the UK, especially England.
After completing her degree in Massachusetts, Jamie moved to England to study at Oxford and at York, completing her Master's in Renaissance Literature.
