General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) at Nom Living

There has recently been a lot of attention on data protection and regulation when using websites as so we at Nom wanted to write a blog post informing you how your data is used with us.

On occasions, we send out newsletters detailing a new collection we have in store or if we have a sale on. You would have opted in at some point in order to receive this but you can unsubscribe by clicking the link at the bottom of the newsletter or emails us at

For marketing purposes we just collect your email address and name. We will only use it to send you information about promotions and changes that are happening at Nom Living

If you order to buy something from our site, we're going to need the following details from you in order to send these beautiful items to you. The details that we will need are:

Email address
Payment details

When you pay via our site, we are not privy to your card details, only the confirmation that your payment and been accepted and the card type.

In order for us to provide our service to you, some or your details are passed to a delivery service e.g your name and address on a package to Royal Mail in order to get your items to you.

That is the limit of us sharing data with a third party.

Your email address and/or your phone number is also used as a point of contact in the case of any delay in shipping or an attempt to deliver has failed.

A link to our updated privacy policy can be seen here.
